Norfolk Crime Line encourages members of the community to assist local law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime by overcoming the two key elements that inhibit community involvement: fear and apathy.

Norfolk Crime Line accepts tips through a tip hotline, a free mobile app and web tips to encourage citizens in the community to volunteer vital information helpful to law enforcement agencies to fight against crime.

The Norfolk Crime Line program is funded by private donations and fund raising. NO TAX DOLLARS are involved. The reward money paid out by the program is from the fund raising and donations from concerned citizens and businesses.
