The Norfolk Crime Line Program began in 1981 from the efforts of our City Police Chief and a few dedicated & concerned citizens. Our Program now operates as an independent organization, supporting law enforcement agencies, and the public. Private donations to provide reward monies have established Norfolk Crime Line as an effective tool to fight crime.

The Norfolk Crime Line mission is to increase the safety of the Norfolk community by assisting law enforcement agencies in removing criminals from the community.
